The JFE Plant Engineering's instrumentation control system is characterized by four realizations. We propose instrumentation systems that provide benefits to our customers. ◆ Realization 1 We create various documents (such as system configuration diagrams) from equipment specifications, achieving the construction of instrumentation systems that match plant equipment. ◆ Realization 2 We are working on expanding general-purpose PLC control devices, achieving reductions in initial investment costs and lifecycle costs, as well as improvements in maintainability. ◆ Realization 3 We achieve inspection and maintenance of a wide range of manufacturers and models, from general instrumentation indicators and controllers like pressure gauges to specialized instrumentation such as gas analyzers. ◆ Realization 4 We establish a quality assurance system with traceability, extending to working instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
